Through normal business operations, WFS may disclose the types of information below to companies that assist us in conducting our business, perform administrative or other services on our behalf, or other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
The entities that receive your personal information will be required to protect the confidentiality of your information based on their own privacy policy. We may disclose your personal information if required by law, a government agency, or court order.

WFS maintains adequate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of our customers’ nonpublic personal information.
